We receive the Michelin Green Star

We are delighted to announce that La Boscana has been awarded the Michelin Green Star. We are very proud of this recognition, because it validates our commitment to sustainable gastronomy in harmony with the environment.

Since our beginnings, we have been committed to a gastronomic model that respects and values the land. Our facilities are designed with sustainable materials, we have our own vegetable garden that supplies us and we work with local producers, ensuring that each dish is a reflection of our love for the territory and the environment.

We will continue working with the utmost passion to make the world a better place, dish by dish, through our ethical and eco-sustainable gastronomic model.
