This document establishes the conditions governing the use of the website https://www.laboscana.net/ (hereinafter, the “Website”), as well as the purchase and reservation of the products and services offered therein (hereinafter, the “Conditions”).
We kindly ask you to read these Conditions, as well as the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy and Legal Notice, before using the Website.
Accessing, browsing or using the Website, as well as making purchases or reservations, implies the express acceptance of these Conditions.
It is expressly stated that the only valid reservations are those made and confirmed through the official Website or by direct contact with the restaurant.
CUINA TALLER 2008, S.L. declines any responsibility for reservations made through unauthorized third parties.

And, on the other hand, the user, who declares to be of legal age and to have sufficient legal capacity to enter into contracts.
3.- RESERVATION PROCESS
The Website allows users to check real-time availability, make reservations and, if the desired date is not available, request to be added to a waiting list.
Reservations may be made up to a maximum of 6 months in advance, and requests exceeding this period will not be processed.
To guarantee the reservation, it will be mandatory to provide credit or debit card details. No charge will be made at the time of booking.
The reservation must be guaranteed within a maximum period of 24 hours from the request. Otherwise, it may be automatically cancelled.
3.1.- Cancellation and/or modification policy
Due to high demand, La Boscana applies a strict cancellation policy in order to ensure the actual availability of the service.
Cancellations and/or modifications will be accepted free of charge up to 48 hours before the reservation date.
Any cancellation, modification outside this period or no-show will result in a charge of €30 per person, which may be applied to the card provided as a guarantee.

4.- PURCHASE PROCESS OF PRODUCTS AND/OR GIFT VOUCHERS
The user may purchase products and/or services, including gift vouchers, through the Website using the available methods.
The purchase process will be carried out following the indicated steps, with the user required to complete and verify the requested information.
Once the process is completed, the user will receive a confirmation email, which will serve as proof of the transaction.
The user declares to be aware of and accepts the specific conditions of each product or service at the time of purchase.
5.- GIFT VOUCHER CONDITIONS
5.1.- Availability
The purchase and use of the gift voucher will be subject to the selected menu and the restaurant’s availability.
5.2.- Validity
The gift voucher will be valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, including the restaurant’s usual closing periods.
Once expired, no extensions or refunds will be allowed.
5.3.- Reservation
To use the gift voucher, it will be mandatory to make a prior reservation and provide its reference.
The reservation will be subject to availability and will not be considered confirmed until validated by the restaurant.
5.4.- Cancellation policy
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance.
In case of no-show or late cancellation, a penalty of €30 per person will be applied.
In case of repeated incidents, the restaurant may consider the voucher as used.
5.5.- Financial conditions
The gift voucher includes only the services specified at the time of purchase, up to its value.
Any additional consumption or services must be paid directly at the restaurant.
In exceptional cases where expired vouchers are accepted, the current menu price will apply.
The gift voucher:
- Is not redeemable for cash
- Is not combinable with other promotions
- Is personal and non-transferable
6.- PRICES
The applicable prices will be those indicated on the Website at the time of contracting and include applicable taxes.
The company reserves the right to modify prices at any time, without affecting purchases already made.
7.- PAYMENT METHODS
Payment for products purchased through the Website will be made at the time of purchase using the available payment methods.
In the case of reservations, payment will be made at the restaurant, without prejudice to the application of penalties in accordance with the cancellation policy.
8.- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with applicable regulations, the right of withdrawal will not apply in the following cases:
- Services with a specific execution date
- Personalized services
- Services already provided
Gift vouchers are non-refundable once used or once their validity period has expired.
9.- LIABILITY
CUINA TALLER 2008, S.L. shall not be liable for:
- Lack of availability due to causes beyond its control
- Improper use of gift vouchers by the user
- Reservations made through unauthorized third parties
10.- DATA PROTECTION
Personal data provided by the user will be processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on the Website.
11.- APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These Conditions shall be governed by Spanish law.
For the resolution of any dispute, the parties shall submit to the competent courts in accordance with applicable regulations.
