La Boscana participates in one of the most important gastronomic events of the year, the Gastronomic Forum Barcelona, with a showcooking directed by our chef Joel Castanyé. In the session, the Catalan apple terrine has been prepared, a delicious combination of paté in cruteute, apple and a thin layer of brittle dough. Attendees were able to see the process of creating the dish and, just after, enjoyed an exclusive tasting.

The Gastronomic Forum has once again become the nerve center of cuisine throughout the country, closing this edition with 18,000 attendees. For the team of La Boscana it is a privilege to be part of the culinary avant-garde through a proposal that places the fruit as the protagonist of the dish.
