Andorra Taste 2024 La Boscana

La Boscana has once again been present at the 3rd international high mountain gastronomy meeting, known as Andorra Taste. Held in Escaldes and Engordany, and closed at 2,300 meters altitude, at the Grandvalira ski resort, it consisted of 3 days of presentations, activities and gastronomic experiences organized by renowned chefs and producers.

La Boscana team actively collaborated in the preparation of the Thursday dinner, together with other professionals from the world of gastronomy. In addition, this third edition also served to present the Manifesto of Andorra, which makes visible the problems of mountain areas and commits its signatories to work together for a future that takes care of natural environments and their inhabitants.


Following our philosophy and sustainable commitment, based on taking care of the land, our Chef Joel Castanyé has signed the manifesto. We continue to collaborate in the promotion of the gastronomy of the territory that values and takes care of the environment.
