La Boscana at the 1st World Gastronomy Summit

This past weekend, we had the privilege of participating in the 1st World Gastronomy Summit at the Palau de Pedralbes in Barcelona. During this event, we spoke about bringing the forest and fruit orchards to the plate, highlighting biodiversity and natural habitats, and always cooking with respect for the territory. 🌿

The summit provided an excellent platform to rethink Catalan cuisine, gastronomy, and tourism in the 21st century, while also fostering collaborations between sectors to promote more sustainable and responsible gastronomy.
