Joel Castanyé shares his vision of the second Michelin Star in a Foodie Culture feature

Chef Joel Castanyé was one of the main figures featured in Foodie Culture’s report dedicated to the four Catalan restaurants that have earned their second Michelin Star this year: La Boscana, Enigma, Aleia and Mont Bar.

For La Boscana, this recognition marks a very special moment in our journey. From Bellvís, in a setting far from the major gastronomic circuits, we continue to show that culinary excellence can also be born from the land, from perseverance and from a very personal way of understanding gastronomy.
