Talking about cooking with fruit on RAC1’s Versió Estiu
We had the pleasure of joining the show Versió Estiu on RAC1 with Pere Mas, where we talked about the culinary philosophy that defines La Boscana and our current menu, which we call Summer in Harvest, made up of 70–80% Lleida-grown fruit, featured in both savoury and sweet dishes.
