At La Boscana we don’t cook to be in the news. We cook to inspire, to connect with those who sit at the table and to narrate, dish by dish, the landscape that surrounds us. But when this journey that we travel from discretion and constancy finds an echo in the mainstream media, we can do nothing but share it with satisfaction and honor.
This 2025, La Boscana has been present in The Michelin Guide, reaffirming our commitment to excellence and gastronomic experience. We have also been featured in the pages of Hola and Tapas Magazine, two publications that have emphasized the uniqueness of our proposal, the natural environment, and the way we understand the cuisine. And to complete this year of joys, we have once again entered the Top 15 restaurants in Catalonia according to the Macarfi Guide. A selection that recognizes the effort, determination, and soul of each project.
Each of these mentions is a small reflection of what we live every day between kitchens, orchards, and seasons. They encourage us to continue creating honest, seasonal, and rooted cuisine.
