From January 29 to 31, the 22nd edition of Madrid Fusión will be held, the most important international culinary summit. The congress will once again strengthen the experiential and sensorial contents, exclusive to the congress attendees, and will offer more training spaces.

Joel Castanyé will open the program of presentations on Monday, January 29 at 10am , with “Fruits & high cuisine” , where he will talk about the use of fruit in haute cuisine.
