La Boscana receives the Alimentem el Món Award

We are immensely proud to have received the Alimentem el Món Award for our “Fruita i Gastronomia” project. This award, granted by the College of Agricultural Engineers and Caixa d’Enginyers, recognizes our work in promoting sustainable development in the agri-food sector, highlighting the respect for the land and the product that has always guided our way to La Boscana.

This award, which we collected with enthusiasm, is a recognition of the work done and the commitment that we have consolidated, also reflected in the obtaining of the Green Star, which is added to our Michelin Star. We continue to work for sustainable gastronomy, where the circular economy and respect for the environment are fundamental. Thank you for being part of our trip!
