Premiere of Cosmofruita

We attend the premiere of Cosmofruita, the first fruit interpretation centre in the country. We are very excited to collaborate in this Afrucat project, where throughout the year we will be creating fruit recipes for children, combining creativity and flavour in the kitchen, all promoting the consumption of fruit to create healthy habits.

This new space, which mixes innovation and new technologies with history and tradition about fruit, will bring this magnificent food to young people, families and all those interested in sustainability and agriculture, values that we share at La Boscana.

Today, at its inauguration, we have made a showcooking of two dishes that combine innovation and simplicity, with fruit as the main ingredient: a timbale and a pear spherification!
