We receive the Pearfect Award from Afrucat

We had the pleasure of receiving the first Pearfect d’Afrucat Award which distinguishes our work in La Boscana with the Frutal project where fruit is the guiding thread of our gastronomic proposal.

With Frutal, we create a kitchen that aims to be the maximum expression of the landscape , a call to proximity, sustainability and a recognition of Lleida products.

This allows us to work in a more conscious and responsible gastronomy, which looks after individual and collective well-being, claiming and preserving the biodiversity of species with roots in our territory.
