From Pla d’Urgell to Jardins de Pedralbes. Last June 15th we were in charge of serving the catering for the 2023 National Gastronomy Awards in the gardens of Palau de Pedralbes in Barcelona.
It was an unforgettable night, organized by the Catalan Academy of Gastronomy, in which we were able to offer our La Boscana gastronomic proposal to more than 500 people with a unique #team of more than 100 waiters and cooks.
