This October the fruit has accompanied us in almost everything we’ve done, we’ve put it as a protagonist in some events and we’ve claimed its quality and flavor.

We started the month preparing the catering for the 50th anniversary of the Nufri Group , as part of the Fruit Attraction Fair , in Madrid, for more than 400 guests.

We did it with tapas where fruit, being the epicenter of the Nufri Group, was the main product. We served, among others, mandarin aguachile, caramelized fig accompanied by eel and a sesame cream or a thousand apple leaves and foie gras.
