I com ho fa la natura, tamb\u00e9 nosaltres canviem amb les estacions. La temporalitat no nom\u00e9s ens inspira, sin\u00f3 que ens marca el ritme: alguns plats ens diuen ad\u00e9u, mentre que d\u2019altres arriben per fer-nos vibrar de nou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c9s el cas del Flam d\u2019eri\u00e7\u00f3 de mar, que s\u2019acomiada amb l\u2019arribada de nous protagonistes. Un flan salat que parlava del mar en cada cullerada, amb vinagreta d\u2019eri\u00e7\u00f3, raifort i un toc de wasabi. Un plat que ens ha regalat grans moments aquesta primavera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Uns plats marxen i altres arriben. Et presentem una nova creaci\u00f3 que uneix hort i mar amb harmonia: Carxofa i ostra. El cor tendre de la carxofa acull una ostra fresca, en una abra\u00e7ada de textures sorprenentment delicada. El plat es completa amb flors, que li donen color, aroma i subtilesa. Una nova expressi\u00f3 de la nostra cuina que ja forma part del nostre men\u00fa. Cada plat \u00e9s ef\u00edmer, com cada estaci\u00f3.
