Chef Joel Castany\u00e9 took part in the \u201cDos anys construint el futur\u201d event, held at CaixaForum Lleida, where he shared his perspective on the present and future of the Catalan agri-food sector alongside \u00d2scar Ordeig, Minister of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries and Food, and Montse Bar\u00f3, Vice-President of AFRUCAT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The event highlighted the challenge for the Catalan agri-food sector to go beyond production capacity and enhance the added value of its products through innovation, transformation, talent and a stronger connection with consumers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

From the Boscana, Joel Castany\u00e9 highlighted the potential of Lleida\u2019s products and, especially, fruit as a first-class gastronomic ingredient, capable of becoming the protagonist of a cuisine of excellence with its own identity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
