Ha estat un privilegi rebre aquestes extraordin\u00e0ries dones que preserven i transmeten el nostre patrimoni gastron\u00f2mic, elaborant conjuntament deu plats tradicionals catalans a la Fira de Sant Josep de Mollerussa. <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Amb aquesta iniciativa, reforcem el nostre comprom\u00eds amb la transmissi\u00f3 del coneixement culinari per garantir que les receptes tradicionals catalanes arribin a les futures generacions.
