In the session, the Catalan apple terrine has been prepared, a delicious combination of pat\u00e9 in cruteute, apple and a thin layer of brittle dough. Attendees were able to see the process of creating the dish and, just after, enjoyed an exclusive tasting.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Gastronomic Forum has once again become the nerve center of cuisine throughout the country, closing this edition with 18,000 attendees.
