This October the fruit has accompanied us in almost everything we’ve done, we’ve put it as a protagonist in some events and we’ve claimed its quality and flavor. <\/p>\n\n

We started the month preparing the catering for the 50th anniversary of the Nufri Group<\/strong> , as part of the Fruit Attraction Fair<\/strong> , in Madrid, for more than 400 guests. We did it with tapas where fruit, being the epicenter of the Nufri Group, was the<\/strong> main<\/strong><\/a> product. We served, among others, mandarin aguachile, caramelized fig accompanied by eel and a sesame cream or a thousand apple leaves and foie gras.<\/p>\n\n
